Terms governing use of BotConsent's website and hosted policy service.
Service
BotConsent provides tools for creating, hosting, and managing AI bot consent policies. The service may include dashboards, generated files, APIs, alerts, and export features.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their policies, their legal basis for publishing preferences, and any enforcement actions taken through connected infrastructure.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but no website, API, or hosted policy system can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Production service level commitments should be documented in a separate agreement.

BotConsent provides product tooling and policy infrastructure. It does not provide legal advice. Customers should consult counsel for jurisdiction-specific requirements.
