How BotConsent handles account, site, contact, and usage information.
Information we collect
BotConsent may collect account details, contact form submissions, website domains, policy settings, verification records, and product usage events needed to provide the service.
This public MVP does not store production customer data by default. Contact form submissions are handled by a Cloudflare-compatible stub unless a mail or CRM integration is configured.
How we use information
We use information to operate the product, respond to requests, secure accounts, publish consent policies, improve product reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention and control
Customers should be able to export or delete site policies and activity records according to their plan and legal obligations. Production retention schedules should be configured before accepting live customer data.
